This vital role on Samsara’s Marketing Operations team is responsible for a portion of our MarTech portfolio management, administration of core solutions, building AI-forward systems, and evolving our processes to automate at scale. As we continue to grow and diversify our go-to-market strategy, this role will ensure Samsara Marketing team is setup with:</p> <ul> <li>A leading edge technology stack to provide a delightful experience to internal and external customers.</li> <li>An AI-forward system model unlocking new capabilities for efficient and automated programs at scale.</li> <li>An Ops partner who enjoys collaborating across Marketing teams to streamline and optimize processes.</li> </ul> <p>We are creating a sustainable technology, data and operational blueprint for a world class scaled go-to-market team. You will be surrounded by a high-calibre team that will encourage you to do your best. <br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Utilize expertise in MarTech system architecture, including administration, configuration, and integration management of enterprise-level platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MAP, CDP, CMS, DAM).</li> <li>Apply hands-on experience integrating, deploying, or utilizing AI/ML models within a live marketing environment to solve business problems.</li> <li>Conduct deep technical assessments of new and emerging AI-powered MarTech solutions, leading Proofs of Concept (POCs), build v. buy analysis and providing technical recommendation for adoption.</li> <li>Design and generate no-code or low-code applications to bridge system gaps, enhance functionality, and improve operational efficiency.</li> <li>Communicate complex technical concepts and architectural designs to non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Partner closely with marketers, finance, IT, procurement, rev ops, and cross-functional teams to enable efficient delivery of Marketing technology priorities in support pipeline targets.</li> <li>Stay connected to MarTech news, best practices, and industry updates ensuring Samsara evaluates and adopts technology that meets our needs and presents a unique advantage.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum requirements for the role:</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar (e.g. GTM engineer).</li> <li>Strong internal communication with proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional leaders.</li> <li>Experience managing the software procurement processes from initial problem scoping through vendor evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing management phases.</li> <li>Experience developing custom solutions or integrations across 3rd party tech to unlock a new capability or dramatically improve a process.</li> <li>Strong technical orientation - excited about developing system architecture and working closely with technical partners internally and on vendor teams.</li> <li>Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or Technical degree (or relevant work experience).</li> </ul> <p><strong>An ideal candidate also has:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with the following technologies: Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable, Contentful, Zoom, Webflow, Databricks, Tableau, 6sense, ReachDesk.</li> <li>Experience working closely with Engineering teams building & maintaining custom infrastructure.</li> <li>Proficiency in coding languages (e.g., Python, SQL, API integration, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript).</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below.
