Summary
Build and run the operating system for Jetpack to ship more consistently across a multi-product portfolio (security, performance, growth, creator tools). Responsibilities & requirements
Own operating cadence (planning cycles, weekly execution check-ins, launch readiness)
Portfolio coordination & dependency management across multiple product lines
Release/launch ops across plugin + cloud + multiple surfaces
Improve packaging/change management + internal readiness
Create dashboards & stakeholder reporting (portfolio health, risk, impact)
Requirements: 6+ years in Product Ops/TPM/PMO/BizOps, strong delivery + stakeholder skills, async documentation-first mindset.
Salary: $100,000–$170,000 USD (global range).
